The Championship League Snooker is back from January 5, 2015, on with Judd and Neil involved in Group 1. They both reached the SF but lost. Judd went one further in Group 2, losing in the final and he was back in Group 3 but finished 6th and was relegated. Liang Wenbo entered Group 5 but won only one match and was relegated.
With regret Grove Snooker had to pull Neil out of the CLS. Neil was very poor after the Group 1 two days matches. Grove Snooker thought that they inform matchroom as soon as possible to seek replacement.

Neil dominated the first two frames with Judd looking very rusty. But in the next frames Judd found his game and made it 2-2. Judd had a great chance to win the match but missed unexpectedly and Neil punished him.

Stuart played really well from 2-0 down. In frame 3 in particular he made a fantastic 75 clearance to win by one point – he was 75-1 down – and made a century in the next frame. Judd was first in the decider but missed a red when leading by 59, and again Stuart cleared to the pink for victory.
