German Masters 2012/13

The German Masters features a new, flatter structure this season and is played in two “parts”. The first one – from November 28 to 30, 2012 -saw all first round matches completed and part of round 2. All Grove (active) players were involved although Judd was not playing that week. None of the other Grove lads will join him in Berlin, alas. Judd lost to Anthony Hamilton in the last 32.

The Masters 2013

The Masters is back to Ally Pally from January 13 till January 20. Judd though had a disappointing campaign.

Last 16: Judd’s last 16 opponent was Barry Hawkins. Judd won a tense and high quality match 6-5, to get to the quarters and play Graeme Dott. Graeme won 6-1. Judd never got going. Bad day in office and, unfortunately, end of the Masters for him. Judd tweeted right after the match “What a Disaster!”
