2020 Welsh Open

The 2020 Welsh Open was played in Cardiff, Wales from 10 to 16 February 2020. The tournament was won by Shaun Murphy who beat Kyren Wilson by 9-1 in the final.
All Grove players were involved. Neil Robertson was the defending champion. Neil came to compete in Cardiff right after winning the World Grand Prix. Neil Robertson is the 2020 World Grand Prix Champion

The 2020 World Grand Prix was played at the Centaur, in Cheltenham Racecourses, from 3 to 9 February 2020.
The tournament featured the top 32 players in the one year ranking list. Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, Ding Junhui, Ali Carter, Jack Lisowski and Liang Wenbo were playing. Only Judd, Neil and Liang passed the first round. Judd was the defending champion but was beaten in the last 16 by Kyren Wilson, who had also beaten Jack in the last 32.

Judd Trump is the 2020 German Masters Champion

The 2020 German Masters was played at the iconic Tempodrom, in Berlin, Germany, from 29 January to 2 February 2020. Judd Trump won the event – for the first time – beating Neil Robertson by 9-6 in an all Grove final. It was Judd’s 15th ranking title, and the 4th already this season. Impressive!
It was a very high quality, enthralling match. Both players played rather tactically, showing outstanding skills in their safety exchanges. There were, of course, big breaks as well: Judd had no less than 8 breaks over 50 …
