The 2023 International Championship took place in the Tianjin People’s Gymnasium, Tianjin, China from 5 to 12 November 2023.
The tournament hadn’t been held since 2019 because of Covid. Judd Trump was the defending Champion.

The event was won by Zhang Anda who beat Tom Ford by 10-6 in a Final not many would have predicted.

All Grove players qualified for the main event and made the trip to China. Luca Brecel and Neil Robertson exited the tournament in round 2. Mark Selby lost to the eventual runner-up, Tom Ford in the last 16. Ding Junhui reached the QFs where he lost to the eventual winner, Zhang Anda,
