Neil and Judd are competing and are in action on day 2. Judd faced Stephen Maguire and unfortunately lost by 6-4, but Neil beat Robert Milkins by 6-4, Ali Carter by 6-1, Ronnie O’Sullivan by 6-1 to reach the final. He faced Shaun Murphy and was beaten by 10-2.

Neil played extremely well again, and relentlessly applied pressure on a rather under par Ronnie. He didn’t lose focus at any point, even when way in front. The match was a bit closer than the score suggests, as Ronnie could have taken frames 2 and 3, But Neil managed to steal both. After the MSI, he dominated the match.
