The fifth European Tour event of the 2015/16 season was played in Gibraltar from 11 to 12 December 2015. It was won by Marco Fu. Most Grove players were competing but Neil decided to give it a miss and withdrew. Wenbo continued his good run, reaching the semi finals where he lost to the eventual champion, Marco Fu. En route to the semis, Wenbo had defeated David Grace – again – and World n°1 Mark Selby.
