The 2025 Tour Championship was played in Manchester from 31 March to 6 April 2025. Mark Williams was the defending champion.
Only the top 12 players on the season “one year list” were invited and, remarkably, all Grove players except Luca Brecel qualified for the event.

Wu Yize was beaten in the first round (last 12). He lost to Xiao Guodong by 8-10.
Mark Selby and Ding both negotiated the first hurdle: Mark Selby beat Si Jiahui by 10-6 and Ding beat Mark Williams by 10-3 in the opening match of the tournament.
Both Selby and Ding won their quarter-finals match. Ding beat the reigning World Champion, Kyren Wilson by 10-5 and Mark Selby inflicted a 10-1 defeat to stable mate Neil Robertson. The faced each other in the semi-finals, Selby prevailing by 10-2.

In the final, Mark Selby faced John Higgins who beat him by 10-8.
