The 2020 World Grand Prix was played at the Centaur, in Cheltenham Racecourses, from 3 to 9 February 2020.
The tournament featured the top 32 players in the one year ranking list. Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, Ding Junhui, Ali Carter, Jack Lisowski and Liang Wenbo were playing. Only Judd, Neil and Liang passed the first round. Judd was the defending champion but was beaten in the last 16 by Kyren Wilson, who had also beaten Jack in the last 32.

The 2020 German Masters was played at the iconic Tempodrom, in Berlin, Germany, from 29 January to 2 February 2020. Judd Trump won the event – for the first time – beating Neil Robertson by 9-6 in an all Grove final. It was Judd’s 15th ranking title, and the 4th already this season. Impressive!

Neil Robertson won the 2020 European Masters, his 17th ranking title. The tournament was run in Dornbirn, Austria, from 22 to 26 January 2020. It was the first time a ranking event was held in Austria. This title brings Neil on par with Mark Selby regarding ranking titles, joint sixth of all time.
