The Snooker Lab Kay Suzanne Memorial Cup was played in the SWSA, in Gloucester and nearly all players were wearing pink in support to the fight against breast cancer. That terrible disease killed Kay Suzanne, Paul Mount’s sister, ten years ago so this tournament was very special. The APTC3 event in Zhengzhou is scheduled from Monday 5th of November 1012 till Friday 9th of November 2012. Find out here how Grove players Chen Zhe, Li Yan, Yu Delu and Zhang Anda fared. None of them made it to the final day unfortunately.

Following Ronnie’s withdrawal, Judd was the only Grove player in Chengdu as the International Championship ran from October 28, till November 4, 2012. He booked his place in the final taking the World n°1 spot. And to top a great week he beat Neil Robertson 10-8 to take the title!

The Acuerate Antwerp Open 2012 started on October 17, 2012 with the amateur qualifying rounds. The pros came in action from Friday, October 19, 2012, on. Liang Wenbo and Stuart Bingham have qualified for the final phase of the Gdynia Open (5-7 October 2012). Wenbo played Andy Hicks at 11am (local time) on the 5th in the very first match of the tournament and beat him 4-0. He the faced Jimmy White in the last 16 and lost 3-4 having lead 3-1 and 47-0. At the same stage, Stuart lost by the same score Tian Pengfei in a rather strange match. More detailed result here

All Chinese Grove players, and Stuart were competing in Yixing, near Wuxi from Sunday, 23th of September on. Unfortunately none of them went further than round 3. Read the results here and have a look at the mini pictures gallery !

The International Championship will be played in China end October and will have a format similar to the UK Championship as well as huge prize money. The qualifiers were played in Sheffield from August 19th to August 23, 2012 and all matches will be best of 11.
Chen Zhe, Jack Lisowski, Li Yan, Liang Wenbo, Yu Delu and Zhang Anda were be in action but none of them managed to qualify for the main event.

The qualifiers stages for the Gdynia Open, the Polish EPTC 2012 event, were held in the World Snooker Academy in Sheffield, from August 16, 2012 to August 18, 2012. The pros started their qualifying campaign on Friday, August 17th.
All Grove players except for Ronnie were in action. Stuart and Wenbo booked their trip to Poland.
