Judd Trump won his sixth title in 2019 by beating Thepchaiya Un-Nooh by 10-5 in the Final of the 2019 World Open. The tournament was played in Yushzan, China from 28 of October to 3 of November 2019.
After his win Judd declared:

The 2019 English Open was played in the K2, in Crawley from 14 to 20 October 2019.
The tournament was won by Mark Selby who beat David Gilbert by 9-1 in the Final.
It wasn’t a good tournament for the Grove players: only three of them reached the last 32: Neil Robertson, Jack Lisowski and Judd Trump and that’s as far as they got. Ali Carter, Oliver Lines, Luca Brecel and Liang Wenbo lost right away in the first round.

In Neil’s own words on twitter it was “nice to bounce back after the silliness earlier in the week and win group 1 of the championship league”. The first group was played in Leicester on 7 and 8 October 2019. Neil Robertson, Jack Lisowski and Luca Brecel were involved.

Luca Brecel was the only Grove player at the 2019 Paul Hunter Classic in Fürth. The tournament that once was the biggest pro-am in Europe, attracting well over 200 players, pros and amateurs, is now reduced to a 16 men invitational, with very poor prize money. The tournament was well supported by the fans but wasn’t on television, nor was it streamed. It was won by Barry Hawkins. Luca reached the semi-finals, where he lost to Kyren Wilson. The China Championship 2019 Qualifiers were played from 15th to 18th of August 2019, at the Barnsley Metrodome. All the Grove players were involved, except for Judd who, being the reigning World Champion, has his first round match held-over. It was a mixed bag for the Grove as Neil, Jack and Luca qualified easily, but Ali, Oliver and Liang Wenbo were beaten.

Judd Trump won the 2019 International Championship, beating Shaun Murphy by 10-3 in the Final. The tournament was played in Daqing, China, from August 4, 2019 to August 11, 2019. It was Judd’s first “outing” since he won the World Championship last May. In reaching the quarter finals, he also secured the Number 1 spot in the rankings. He’s now World Champion and World n°1. Congratulations Judd!

The Riga Masters 2019 was played in Riga Arena, Riga, Latvia from 26 to 28 July 2019.
All grove players were involved except Judd Trump and Liang Wenbo. Neil Robertson was the defending champion. However he didn’t get the opportunity to defend his title: an unlikely combination of events meant that his flight to Riga was canceled whilst no other flight could get him there in time for his first match.

The professional non-ranking team snooker tournament took place from 24 to 30 June 2019 at the Wuxi City Sports Park Stadium in Wuxi, China.Three Grove players were involved: Jack Lisowski played for England alongside Kyren Wilson, Luca Brecel played for Belgium with Ben Mertens – a 14 years old amateur – and Liang Wenbo played for China B partnered by Zhou Yuelong. The first sets of 2019/20 qualifiers were played in Ponds Forge (Sheffield) over the last week.
Neil Robertson is the defending champion at the Riga Masters and as such his first round match is held over. He will face Robert Milkins at the venue. The other Grove players who entered the event are Ali Carter, Luca Brecel, Jack Lisowski and Oliver Lines. All of them won their last 128 match and will be in Riga.

The China Open 2019 was played in Beijing from April 1 to April 7, 2019. Neil Robertson beat Jack Lisowski by 11-4 in the final. It was quite a successful event from the Grove as the semi finals featured three of their players. Neil Robertson emerged the winner – by 10-7 – of an all Grove battle against Luca Brecel. It was a very high quality match. Jack Lisowski outplayed his opponent, Scott Donaldson in the other semi final, which he won by 10-1.
